Pictured here you see a modular home redesigned and reconstructed to the homeowners classifications by sunrise construction. A 24'x48' upper/lower half addition was completed to fit the existing modular home. The upper addition would increase the overall square footage of the home while the lower addition was designed for a two and a half car garage. The old design had five dormer windows which were reconstructed with new windows to add much more adequate space and light.
